For over a decade, SHG Advisors has helped government, nonprofit, and private sector leaders design and launch transformative initiatives. To ensure the most promising ideas have a long-term home, we also founded SHG Innovations,

an affiliated nonprofit partner.

While separate organizations, SHG Advisors and SHG Innovations work in tandem – one providing strategic consulting, the other offering mission-driven stewardship — so that bold ideas don’t just start, they thrive.

SHG Innovations was created to help communities tackle pressing local challenges—especially when no other organization has the capacity or infrastructure to begin something new.

Our role is to fundraise for, launch, and/or support new community initiatives that address urgent needs. By incubating and nurturing these programs, we empower communities to innovate and create sustainable solutions that foster lasting change.

Why We Exist

Many nonprofit organizations and public agencies struggle to launch new initiatives due to limited resources. That’s where SHG Innovations steps in. We help get programs off the ground, provide the structure and support they need to thrive, and then transition them to the appropriate organization(s) for long-term success.
